Η Εταιρεία Συγγραφέων, Συνθετών και Εκδοτών Μουσικής ( SACEM ή Sacem ) είναι μια γαλλική εταιρεία διαχείρισης πνευματικών δικαιωμάτων που ιδρύθηκε το 1851. Ένας ιδιωτικός οργανισμός, η Sacem εκπροσωπεί τα μέλη της. διαχειρίζεται και συλλέγει τα πνευματικά τους δικαιώματα. Είναι μέλος της Διεθνούς Συνομοσπονδίας Εταιρειών Συγγραφέων και Συνθετών .
